Overweight
and obesity are defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that present
a risk to health.
A crude
population measure of obesity is the body mass index(BMI) a person's weight in
kilograms divided by the square of his or her height in meters.A person with
BMI of 30 or more is generally obese.A person with a BMI equal to 25 is
considered overweight.
Overweight
and obesity are major risk factors for a number of chronic diseases including
diabetes,cardiovascular diseases and cancers.
Type 2
diabetes is the other risk factor of obesity.This disorder will keep your blood
sugar above normal,as a result of which can park other health problems like
stroke,kidney disease,and coronary heart disease.So how to lose some weight
should be of a serious concern to anyone who is overweight to avoid health
disaster.

to lose weight faster is to keep your body fit by exercising always as it burns
fat faster than any other method.if your working place is close to your
house,cultivate the habit of walking down to your office every day and you will
see how fit you will become in a short while.
Treatments
Extract the
juice of 2 pieces of lemon,grind/blend 5 pieces of grape,one ginger and mix all
together with two spoons of honey added.
Dosage
Half glass
cup daily until you are satisfied with the result(not for pregnant woman).
